Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 United States. SMASHD does not ship to the Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO).

For free and ground shipping, orders typically ship within 2-4 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Returns

We do not offer returns except for damaged products. Since we cannot guarantee that the product will be in resellable condition once it has left our custody, we are unable to accept returns for other reasons. For damaged items, please reach out to support@smashd.com to process the return. We cover the cost of return shipping for damaged products. Thank you for your understanding.

Change or Cancel Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email shop@smashd.com with "Change My Order" and your order number in the subject line, along with a specific description of what needs to be changed. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations, but we’ll do our best!
